You Are Stuck in Your Own Perspective and Cannot See My Point of View

Are you stuck in you are own belief system and cannot understand someone elses point of view? Well then have you ever been told by someone who asked you to see things from their perspective before rendering a judgment? All the while you are thinking to yourself I do see their point of view, yet it is completely bogus and therefore cannot accept it.

Meanwhile they repeat that you do not understand their perspective and that is your problem, because you simply do not understand. You cannot seem to get them to understand that you absolutely understand their perspective and have thought it through prior to their re-mentioning it and found it to be irrelevant, irresponsible and completely ludicrous. Well if this has happened to you then you have seen the new paradigm shift in political correctness. It goes like this;

You are right and I am right, we just have different views. Now then, I think you really need to look at it from my perspective and I am sure you will see that; ? I am right?

If you have had this happen to you recently then you are not alone, as this is something that academia is purporting in their attempt to get you to see their viewpoint. There is danger in this because what happens is people who are wishy washy or are unable to understand the dynamics of this new spin on an old debate tactic get sucked into completely bogus notions and linear thinking on the hypocrite who is asking them to re-examine the situation. Consider this in 2006.

A Way of Being In the World

When you come to recognize that all consciousness is aligned in a vast network of cooperation, then you come to find a unique way of being in the world.

You come to recognize that it is rare that one is born a human being. It is difficult and rare to get the opportunity to understand spiritual teachings that lead to an exceptional way of being in the world. And it is rare, indeed, for one to make ones life a blessing to all.

If you make an effort to be kind to all creatures, no matter how simple or primordial their form, and if you make it a point to be slow to anger and quick to forgiveness, then you are on your way to finding a way of being in the world that will magnify even beyond death.

Adopt this way of being in the world and revelation, a complete understanding of things, will come to you spontaneously. You will see that Gratitude is a blessing, and that Kindness, Generosity, and Compassion are the only options for true and abiding Success.

The greater your station in life, the more it behooves you to become cordial to all; for, ultimately, you are answerable to yourself.

Transformation can only occur when you are in sympathy with all of life; when you reflect on your experiences and sweeten them with correction and resolve to express even more Compassion and Generosity in the future.

Caught in the cycles of economic survival and social interaction, we miss the central message of how rare it is to be a human being and how necessary it is to use our short time on this planet to work on evolving a better way of being in the world.

To be kind to all creatures, to be forgiving of all, to be reflective of your past experiences, and to be determined to bestow cordiality upon all will make you a blessing to all of life.

A ll your other Successes are but a footnote to this type of greatness, for only in expanding the magnanimity of your soul will your life have been well spent.

Can Religion on Earth Handle Discovering Intelligent Life on Other Worlds

Many human religions dictate that god created man and thus that makes mankind rather unique, special and in some cases religious doctrines claim divine. But what happens when we find additional life out there? What happens when we find intelligent life on other worlds? Can religion in human culture and society co-exist after telling us for 1000s of years that many is so inherently unique?

Many have brought up this question and indeed I have always considered the Human issues with their Religions and other life forms of intelligence out there. Seriously I do not see how they [religious folks could not deal with this, as the could simply say that their chosen god was so powerful that life just spilled over to other worlds? Leave it at that, if it makes them happy.

Recently this question re-emerged in an online think tank as a fellow thinker stated; If there is a more intelligent race than ours perhaps they dont want us to know they exist.

Indeed we are a ra ther hostile and warring species in that regard and problematic as well. Perhaps as one Sci Fi author states; mostly harmless but somewhat a species to be afraid of as we are always picking enemies to build a team; Too bad really.

Hypothetically speaking, you wouldnt blame them, there are not a large percentage of humans who would be able to deal with it, I suppose, I guess I concur with you on this. I would not have a problem with it personally, but have met enough folks that would and know it could shatter their belief systems and emotionally take its toll. But if one is living a lie of a religion then one has to ask is it the right thing to do to; wake them up? I say it is, although, that question has been pondered by philosophers throughout time. What say you about such things? Consider all this in 2006.

"Man" A Wild Beast

Complex Of Thinking

Preface
It may be unusual to say that the most perfect theories and concepts of the world are complex ones. Man himself is a complex being that has nothing to do with simplicity. Gratification acquired by struggle is just like a wild goose chase.

In this book, I would like to follow only but myself. I have neglected all of the past and passed theories, whatever revolutions they might have caused. In fact, the ground and the ultimate motive behind all such events is the human mind, whereof the constructions of imaginary buildings are materialized. Human mind is the very basic and the ultimate institution that brings about the change in social living. It causes both the construction and the destruction of earthly beings especially man.

I elaborate my views, as I said, in the light of my own view, regardless whether they challenge the views of Aristotle, Freud, or Buddha. It is such a vast topic that from the very beginning to now, ma n is in search of it i. e. search of man himself. All of the philosophers have given their hypotheses, and it is upto us whether we consider them upto date or out-dated.

I am just changing the title a little bit, however, the substance is the same one. I am also in the search of man with all of its human characteristics. My purpose of using these valueless and meaningless words is to detach or separate the human and the animal characteristics, signs, symptoms, behaviors and many more things. I may not be acceptable for many of the people but this is no matter. I am supposedly working for the origin of the human race to which, I myself belong too. I must not be apologetic in my comments about human race rather I would proclaim openly what man is in my eyes.

The personality of man is not my concern only, but I am prone to go after all of the institutions, social, scientific or commercial to check their validity in our life.

Since man is the subject, so it se ems very applaudable to begin with man himself to be the first topic in contents.

 Man or Human Being

Man is a kind of animals in its all of characteristics. The term social-animal for mans society seems incorrect since the animals also have a type of social living though on a little level. Surly, man can be called a rational animal but such a sense the animals also possess in terms of examining the situation, avoiding the danger, and recognizing the partner or children.

Thus, the question still is un-improved that what a man is or is like? But the title I would like to paste on man is surly an animal but by calling him unnatural animal.

Selfishness is a characteristic of animals in all of ways. Always, they care for themselves and subdue the others. This is called the power of nature. This is the very nature, which forces them to attack others, kill them and eat them. They have no passion of sympathy, love, compassion or kindness except for t hemselves. So, the nature forces them to obey it in a natural environment. In such a way, they are quite natural animals. What is with man on the other hand? Man is living an unnatural life that is not set for him by nature.

If we observe man through the process of evolution, we then can be able to admit the fact that man is after all an animal in its seeds. This is such a species that became supreme since man could get the power of thinking.

How was this thinking started? When was it started? Who was the earliest of the evolved man from pre-man species like apes? Was his life an animal life or he was better in his living?

These are quite complicated questions, which might never be given with answers. I will try to throw light upon them to my extent of perception. But the question of mans nature still lingers.

If on the other hand, we go through the process of Special Creation; well clearly see man being a violator of all divine laws. By the admissio n of this theory, one thing becomes clear that man was destined to be a superior creature and he is not an evolved form of animals. Once again by passing the basic question, we try to peep into the religious scriptures. Bible, Vedas, Granth, Avesta, and many other scriptures proclaim the fact of special creation. Quran (Holy book of Muslims) present both of the facts i. e. Evolution and Special Creation.

In the process of evolution, Quran has made us count 5 steps and stages.

1. Creation from water. (Protozoa or single-celled animal)

2. Creation from mud. (Mixture of water and clay)

3. Creation from stenched mud and clay. (When it came out of water)

4. Special creation. (When the multi-celled animal was transformed into man)

5. Creation from essence (embryo) of human jell-water.

So, whatever the process might have been, this fact what Quran narrates seems more influential. Anyway, the struggle for the creation of man emphasizes that man was especially created. In this way, man got some superiority over other creatures.

Thus, when it is proved that man is the model creature of the universe, it must have been ideal in all of its aspects of life. My question is to you, is it so? I know prematurely the answer i. e. No.

Let us compare now the man and animals, the superior and the inferior, the wise and the unwise, the civilized and the beast.

Animals kill others for their food, but man kills others for his greed. Thus, morally, animals have an edge over man. They dont kill others when they are satiated, but man even goes on killing despite having no need of it. Animals never kill their own race, but man doesnt hesitate doing so. Man has created such dangerous weapons that it seems man is wishful for the removal of human beings from earth.

Animals have never been given the concepts of accountability before God, so they have no fear of their doings. But man, on other hand, clearly sees the threat, but he doesnt even bother for that. Billions of words have been created for the moral teaching of man. Yet he kicks them whole off within a minute and turns into its unnatural nature. Thus, mans ultimate nature is wild one.

Man can only survive if he moves back to the Stone Age. To remove all of the tensions prevailing humanity, we need man be a hunter again. If not hunter, then maximum he should be an agricultural man, whose chief concern is his crops, who relies upon rivers, who prays to God for a good crop, who keeps interaction with other members of society, and who has enough time to share his moments with others of his vicinity.

Man must never be given the greed of wealth, nor should he be facilitated like today.

As it is famous, An idles brain is devils workshop. When man turns to be prosperous, selfishness strikes his mind automatically and he draws big lines between him and other lower part of society. This idleness (caused by prospe rity) forces him to create disturbance in the life of poor for his timely pleasure and activity. In fact, in this way, the lower class becomes a toy in the hand of high-gentry.

I plead to the thinkers of this generation to put forward a solution of this problem or accept my view to cleanse the society from brutality, selfishness, exploitation, deception, assassination, and so on. I hope, you agreed a bit with me, and would have enjoyed. Please keep intact since I will write more Articles on similar problematic issues.

Merging Biblical Scripture With Science for the Hell of It

Could the book of Genesis be more reality based than we think? After all it is very loosely written isnt it. I mean if you do not take the storyline literally or get sucked into a literal interpretation of the religious literature created to enslave men; one might be able to explain much of its text thru scientific manipulation of its words.

For instance in discussing this in an online think tank and on an online forum one gentleman from Australia stated that;

Humans made from clay Of all the material on earth (apparently) clay is the most similar to human DNA in molecular structure (Im relaying this from a good scientist on the radio havent checked it myself). Weird huh?

That is a hell of a revelation isnt it? Well indeed as bizarre as that sounds, it could be manipulated into the storyline. We known many sects of many religions have butchered the text over the past 3000 years anyway right? Why not, screw with the story some more? And when god made wom an from man one could put that into a DNA connotation and out Australian friend and fellow thinker states;

Woman from Man Through cloning, you can make a male or female from a male cell, but only ever a female from a female cell (assuming women = XX chromosome. Males need a Y).

In fact if we really wanted to take this further so we could get the Christian Religion up to speed on things without denying Science, maybe we could tell the tale in a Science Fiction Flick or something? And thus maybe butchering the Bible might be the best bet, you know up-grade the story one more time? They have so many times in the past, well he ll we may as well bring it up to speed right? Consider all this in 2006.

The Meaning of Life

I don't know when I started looking for the meaning of life; probably a few years back after my grandmother died. I thought I found it many times, but I was wrong. It changed with new wisdom, new thoughts and beliefs. It's what everyone wants to know, but maybe none are able to handle.

I will never know everything there is to know in life; I will never know what no mortal can know. I will live for a purpose I can't explain, that no one can, but I will still live. I will love life for no matter what it is. Life is me, in my soul, in my mind, and in my heart. I wasn't created to live it, I was created to be it. Life is what we were given, our gift from existence. I will never forget this, no matter how buried I become in wisdom and knowledge. I may fade when I die, but life will never fade from my soul.

I want peace for the world. A simple thought indeed, but it is my dream. It is the gift that I owe the world for giving me life. It seems weird to say this is my only dream. It isn't a dream that I share alone, but it is a dream that I have great passion for. It pains me to see others hurt and suffering. It makes me empty inside. I want people to have peace. I want them to know life and its beauty.

I want peace for the world, but I know it won't happen. I know this because it is not living without pain. You need pain and suffering to live as much as you need peace and happiness. That is life, a combination of all feelings, emotions, thoughts, and beings. That is existence. What creates life is everything, from the shade to the light and back again: a continuous cycle.

My thoughts won't end. They will live on forever in my soul, in my mind, in my heart. My views will change with age, with experience, with feelings and life. I accept that I won't know an end in life. An end would mean that I have every answer I need, every want fulfilled and every dream lived. No mortal can have any of those, let alone them all. There isn't an answer for everything. Sometimes the answers aren't worth finding. These are just things you know, things you will understand in life. I may not admit it at times, but deep inside I understand why. Thats just how life is.

My life is strange and odd. I'm special in ways, normal in others, and pathetic in the remaining. I'm human, nothing more, nothing less. I can't pass judgment, I can't give pain, and I can't watch suffering. I can feel and think, but I can't control myself. I am a wanderer of life, aimlessly and hopelessly. I go where I am called. I have dreams and wants, but I am confined to mortal rules, to nature's rules, and to life's rules. I am not predestined, but I am not free-lived. There are paths, endless and winding, that I follow, but I can stray.

The meaning is thus: Life is for savoring, for living as it is. It is beauty. Nothing in the world can compare to it. Not even death or afterlife can match it. It spreads its arms and holds every creat ure closely, and it never lets go.

Many will search for something greater, some deeper meaning, but they will not find it. We are not given life to serve others. We are not given life to worship anything. We are not given life to ponder our existence. We are given life to live. We are to enjoy the world, enjoy creation, and enjoy ourselves. We will learn much in our time, we will travel far and see many things, but in the end it is the same. We lived our journeys, and we pay the price.

Those who read this are probably disappointed. People seek some truth that seems hard and deep, when really the answers are simple. They are what we want them to be. If afterlife exists, we will know. If it doesn't, we will never know. Either way we will be in peace. The meaning of life is like that. It isn't one meaning for all of us to follow, but rather thousands bound together by truth. I wasn't given life to question it; I was given life to accept it. I will never know the tru th, but I know it exists, and that is the meaning of life.

Philosophy of High Noon

The movie High Noon has interesting comparisons to the philosophies and views of Kant. While many will say it can mirror the philosophers views, particularly through the actions of the lead character Kane, this paper will analyze the interesting and somewhat contrary view by looking at the actions of Kanes wife.

It is important to note first that Kanes wife is an emotional person. She is a religious woman, a Quaker to be precise, and chose this lifestyle after she saw her father and brother killed by guns. Her current viewpoints on guns, violence and personal involvement reflect her emotional side which Kant would clearly say as a weak point and completely differs from Kantian view.

Supporting her anti-Kantian ways is the fact that she focuses much on consequences. She does not see the act of killing simply for its act and the defensive purpose. She worries too much about who could and will die and not enough about why they would risk their lives to perform the act. Kant would say that she does not see the duty in the individuals action and rather is heavily focused on how and what this may lead to no matter how unpredictable it is.

On the contrary, it is also important to note that Kanes wife is an analytical person. She does rely on her reason to some degree to establish her own views on life. It is clear that she does not believe in killing because she finds it morally wrong in her religion, but she also analyzes the very human and mortal aspect of killing. She recognizes how worthless killing another man would be and that it would shatter all your moral standards in doing so. One may say she is merely acting in the teachings of God, but she has come to accept this at her own willingness and established these views after personal experience. Kanes wife is not just another religious fanatic protesting self-justice and mortal/civilized laws. She is a woman that has great self-respect and is able to transfer that respect amo ng all life so that she is clear of one thing: she can honestly and justifiably say that killing is wrong. She does have a strong moral basis.

By the end of the movie though, Kanes wife takes a drastic turn towards Kants Philosophy. She is able to set her mind free of worry and future analysis, and by doing so realizes the duty that she has of protecting her husband of him protecting her. She is willing to break her view upon kill to save her husband, though she does not break her moral. What she does is justified and a logical, moral act which Kant would promote for the simple fact that it follows the Ethics of Duty.

It is clear that the character of Kanes wife is a dynamic one. She stays moral and true to herself through the whole movie, but how she defines this or how her actions define her is what changes. Though she does not lose her emotions to fulfill any actions, she is able to in a way push them aside and let them not interfere. Kanes wife always had th e underlining rules for the Ethics of Duty, but it took a clear, determining act at the end to truly allow her to express what she had and already knew.
